London Bridges LLC focuses in improving the quality of life for consumers by providing wraparound services that focus on the lifestyle of the individual in a holistic way. Wraparound shifts focus away from a traditional service-driven, problem-based approach to care and instead follows a strengths-based, needs-driven approach.
The intent is to build on individual and family strengths to help consumers achieve positive goals and improve well-being. Wraparound is also a team-driven process.
Often called wraparound services, these non-academic supports address critical issues such as mental health and physical health needs, food insecurity, lack of stable housing, violence, incarceration, and many other challenges that can have adverse effects on a client's readiness and ability to learn.
